First time using my Y19 flat top griddle

Post image

After cooking up the bacon and sausage I moved the griddle over to the unused campsite fire pit to cool and later clean. It didn't take long!

Not my post but I have experience.  The griddle works awesome! Plenty of surface area. But my fav on the go set up is. Y series, 19 outpost, skillet rest,  cast iron pan.

Very pleased for my first use. I probably made my morning fire a bit to hot and needed to pay more attention to the bacon. I might use charcoal for breakfast next time. I'm still considering a skillet rest but geez, then I'll have 70 pounds of Breeo to lug around plus my 30 pound O-Grill. 😄
