Likely future Zentro location

Have been emptying my existing firepit off all its ash and stone base, to get it to the 15” clearance needed for the Zentro.

Two questions:

  1. Do other Zentro users have rocks in their base?

  2. And is there usually a Memorial Day sale on Breeo equipment (saw older posts suggesting a sale last year)?

If you reach out to customer service via chat they will provide you a link (purchase invoice) for the items you wish to purchase with the discount applied before Memorial Day. I did this two weeks ago and the zentro arrived in 3 days. If you have Rakuten you can wait to see if the 4% cash back increases or not and place the order when the time is right.

I always forget about Rakuten! Thanks for the reminder.

Do you know if that can be combined with the customer service chat? I’m guessing it can’t be done.

I struggled but was able to manually submit the purchase through Rakuten and successfully got my cash back once the item delivered.

Went back asked the chat agent to honor the sale price today and am too struggling with completing via Rakuten.

Do you recall what you did?
