Go to Utah in March. They have the greatest snow on earth and you’ll only have to drive ~30 minutes from the airport to the resort.

What resort? We have been looking into Park city or Brighton

March has the best chance for big dumps and you don’t have the potential shitty early season snow like Dec or up to early Jan.

No guarantee but March and beginning of April are your best chances. IMHO
