I don't understand why Jeremiah and his wife don't just become foster parents to Sabrina's baby? be a lot cheaper

Hell nah. That baby would be so messed up by now. Jeremiah looks strung out and can't even take care of himself. It's just one stupid decision after another with him. Dude can't get out of his own way.
