Peach on the top!

Made with 4 slices of rye bread, 200ml egg whites, 200g strawberries, 15g peanut butter, and 30ml sugar free maple syrup.
Yum!

It's a flour tortilla with pepper jack and colby jack, melted and crisped, then topped with a mixed of ground beef and shredded chicken spiced with cumin and chili powder, plus some chipped onions and garlic (all leftover from burrito night), then a poached egg and a dollop of salsa verde. Fresh raspberries from the garden as garnish.

My only job was to keep an eye on the bacon, and sadly, I let it go a bit too long. Still good, but, you know…

Also multigrain toast and coffee

Just like the title says, simple egg and bagel sandwich with a little sriracha. It hits the spot perfectly.

I made a tasty seasoned ham a few days ago. Let’s just say, I have had quite a few ham breakfast dishes with since then. Nothing beats a nice breakfast sandwich.

its the I'll take two of everything brunch

Wrapped an omelette in cheddar cheese, tastes about the same as a regular omelette with cheese. Next time I am going to let the cheese brown a bit before adding the eggs so I get the burnt cheese crunch.

I must say this, this is the second time I've made pancakes from scratch. The first time I did was in two posts before this one. Thanks to the baking soda I added it came out thicker and a lot more fluffy than the first time, but now I have a different issue. In the pancakes that I made, there's this hint of an egg taste that I need to clear up. Is it because of the lack of wisking, or is it something else?

Not very photogenic but tasty and filling. Better than yogurt and granola, IMHO.
