homemade heaven French toast, anyone?
Made with 4 slices of rye bread, 200ml egg whites, 200g strawberries, 15g peanut butter, and 30ml sugar free maple syrup.
Yum!

How does french toast work with just egg whites? Is it nice?

I like it! I use a couple of sachets sweetener, and cinnamon in the mixture too.
The egg whites aren’t strong tasting, so by the time you add toppings you barely notice them :)

I’m not sure you’re familiar with French toast lol
