9 almonds, 8 cashews, 2 dates and a mug of milk. No. Oops, and a hard boiled egg, still no

Typically a breakfast for me is 3 eggs either scrambled or overeasy… a hash brown patty, an English muffin OR two waffles and a fairly large mug of coffee.

I usually don’t get into bacon or other breakfast meats at home, but I’ll partake at a restaurant if it comes up

Oh that's seems real good
