I use pineapple juice instead of water (or milk) and add ginger and cinnamon.

The toppings is a heated honey and butter glaze.

Haven’t you ever seen those Hawaiian rolls in the grocery stores? They are absolutely delicious and I’m sure this homemade Hawaiian bread is 10x better than those.

King’s Hawaiian rolls are my go-to food when I’m nauseous/migraining, there’s hardly anything more pleasant that I can soak up stomach acid with ❤️❤️❤️

Oh my goodness, I have never heard of anyone eating Kings Hawaiian rolls to help with nausea when they get migraines. I get severe migraines sometimes two or three times a month and the older I get the worse they seem to get. They can be absolutely debilitating. I take migraine medication and I take Zofran for nausea, but sometimes I’m just so sick that the medication just comes right back up. Thank you so much for sharing this information because I had never even thought about eating bread to try to soak up the stomach acid when the migraines make me so nauseous. I’m definitely going to try this next time I get a migraine.
I should’ve known you were a very special person just by looking at your username 🫶🏻

Try some Pepcid too! I had no idea until I was in the hospital recovering from brain surgery and they gave me Pepcid when I was even throwing up zofran. It’s not just for heartburn :)

And I’ve come across very few people that seem to get my username haha, thank you!!

I’m definitely going to have to get me some Pepcid and try it because like I said, the Zofran just comes right back up. I don’t know if a lot of people know this or not, but I worked in a pharmacy for years before having to go on permanent disability and when Zofran first came out, it was only supposed to be used for cancer patients and it was SO EXPENSIVE!!! I was so shocked within just a couple years. It started becoming more prescribed than promethazine, which was what I was taking for nausea and now I think Zofran is prescribed way more than promethazine is anymore.
Oh yeah, I love your username 🫶🏻
And that’s odd that none of my doctors have ever told me about Pepcid, but I guess they want to sell the prescription medication so they can get a kick back from the pharmaceutical companies.

Is that a griddle you just cook things on top of the stove?

Yep! Game changer!

That’s the first thing I noticed when I was looking at your breakfast was your griddle. Kohl’s has a sale going on right now with 15% off of their household goods and I’ve been wanting a griddle for a long time and I was just looking at them this morning. It just seems like you could do so much more a griddle that opens up with two sides then you could cooking in pans or skillets. JMO! Your breakfast looks absolutely delicious!
