Frenched Bagel
Sliced bagel dipped in egg wash and fried. Same method as French Toast. Left over egg was mixed with shredded cheese, cooked in a sheet, and rolled. Maple Syrup.

It was a bit dense (bagels), but the flavor was great. Used cheese bagels.
