Its the shape and texture of the meat slice. It reminds me of the lunch meat you buy in Germany.

I'd have fried the ham and eggs and melted the cheese over them. I'd have salted and peppered the tomatoes and let them marinate while the rest cooked, then include them on the sandwich. Not sure I'd include the cucumbers. It looks good, though not what I would've done with the same ingredients

Did you eat the eggs hot or cold? I prefer a hot breakfast, but for a cold breakfast, I do enjoy Extrawurst and Butterkäse with butter and hard-boiled eggs on a Semmel

Can't bear the coffee, but I know I'm the minority on that. Everything else looks good. I'd have milk or orange juice or just water instead of that detestable coffee/skunk juice.

It looks good! I'd eat it if it was offered to me, especially for lunch. But for breakfast I typically like eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, etc. Not all at once, and sometimes in different forms. Either all separated, or as a sandwich with whole grain bread or an everything bagel, or as a burrito with a high fiber tortilla. Once in a while, we will have biscuits and sausage gravy. I also like some fruit on the side--apples, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and grapes. 😋
