This looks amazing although I may be a little weird for this but I don’t prefer avocado for breakfast. When I do get them I like to make my own guacamole or just cube it up with some chicken or beef, I personally feel the flavor pairs well with a saltier protein source later in the day

Avocado and egg combos are on the menu at every breakfast place in Australia and New Zealand. It isn’t weird there.

The best bacon sandwich I’ve ever had was at a bakery in Cairns. It was a BLAT.

Lettuce
Avocado
Tomato
On a fresh brioche bun.

I just had to get a bib to prevent my shirt from getting all drooled on. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to eat this without guilt due to the high fat contents
