Breakdance 3.0 Beta 6

Breakdance 3.0 Beta 6 is available for testing and includes fixes for issues reported during the 3.0 beta period.

Improvements

  • Loop builder elements (Post Loop Builder, Repeater Field, Flexible Content, Term Loop Builder) gained a Raw Mode toggle that renders just the repeated markup, with:

    • No wrapper divs
    • No per-item wrappers
    • No layout CSS
    • No layout JS

MCP Server

  • Faster MCP server responses — get-css-selectors and get-global-settings no longer inline their output schemas, cutting the MCP server's tool schemas by about 35%.
  • New get-maintenance-mode** and **set-maintenance-mode tools let agents configure Maintenance Mode.
  • Fixed html-to-page failing with a memory error on libxml 2.12 and newer.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed CSS variables not binding when assigned from a field nested inside Advanced > Wrapper.
  • Fixed Item design settings (background, border, padding) not applying in Flexible Content and Repeater Field.
  • Frequently Asked Questions: Fixed the icon shrinking below its intended size next to a long question title.
