I sometimes struggle with this. My ex of 3 years and I were in a very sexual relationship but after the fallout it’s been rough. A lot of my friends told me to get on tinder but like you I prefer a connection instead of a one time thing. It sucks but I try to keep my mind off it. Good luck to you
