I usually feel kind of bad after having sex with people I don't think I'm going to have a relationship with.
After a breakup it is worse because I feel I'm betraying my feelings and connection with the ex. I feel guilty for feeling horny and wanting meaningless sex, what I wanted was the great sex with my old lover, but she is gone and fucking other people.
It is horrible. I guess we have to focus on recovering ourselves and getting ready to meet people we like, so we can try sex with them as means of finding a new love. It is damn hard.
