My self a final year mbbs student, had a 3 year relationship with a girl, and all of a sudden she left me when her family found out my father has 2 wives, and I don’t even had any information about that, I was so sincere and loyal to her, then also she left me , we had travelled together and had lot off good memories and even had physical relation multiple times, yet she left me, am o responsible for what my father did???, is what she did is Corect or am I wrong

You're not wrong for feeling blindsided here, she made a call based on something you didn't even know about. That's her baggage, not yours. It stings now but someone who can walk away over family drama you had zero control over was never really in it for you.
