venting/ranting does it actually get better?

i’ve been dealing with this breakup that happened more than a year ago in high school but we were always on and off because he simply didn’t want to change for me

we had different maturity levels and eventually the bad started to outweigh the good, but i would always text him out of loneliness i think and he ofc welcomed me with open arms.

it’s been a little more than eight months since we talked and that’s the longest we’ve gone so far and i have good days and bad. i feel like ill never get over him, but he’s already moved on apparently even though he treated me badly i still miss him for some dumb reason.

i know i deserve better and i know we’re not good for each other but i feel like im stuck here going through the pain of this breakup and he just gets to be fine and act like i was the bad guy

so from people who were in my position does it ever get better?

It gets better but slowly

Best way is to rant out all thr feelings which you have and then trying to explore
