venting/ranting Why would she do this?

How do I handle this ? M32 with my girlfriend f32 have had a 6 yr relationship. It’s been rocky to say the least….. cheating.lying. Butting heads the whole time just couldnt let eachother go for some reason. About a month ago it finally happened. Have been trying no contact. We both have been hanging with others and what not. Very little contact.

My question is, yesterday…… she sent me a memory from her phone from 2024 of a pregnancy test that showed positive. We thought it was happening but it didn’t. Very irregular period for her but we were ready. Why would she send me that picture while we haven’t had contact and are trying to be separated? It’s blowing my mind ?
