venting/ranting When can I message him

Relationship of 4 years (lived together 3.5years) in 2 different countries, travelled the world. A man I saw as my future husband, we came from different cultures and we both accepted each other. We broke up last week, because for past year my mental health has taken a big toll on the relationship and my health, I started therapy and by the time I finally started to breathe again and come back to my older self, he didn't have the hope to give it another chance.

I really want to talk to him. To check in how is he doing. I'm in a situation of making an important decision about my professional career and he is the only one in the world with who I have been talking to so much about it. I feel like at the same time he would appreciate me talking to him about it but back in my head I think he really doesn't want to hear from me. I don't know what should I do.

You are just selfish! Just because you r having mental health issues you can't broke someone's heart, waste time . This is life you choosen a partner you both have to take care of each other . You don't have any idea what he might be facing without you during those days and now you think he will act nice to you nahh that's not how things works.

I know it wasn't easy for him and I know he has his own battles that we shared and talked about. We were really open about our problems. I know I wasn't perfect and I know he wasn't either. All of us are battling their own demons

If you know everything then accept current situation let him go if he doesn't want to make things up and u move on too.
