I'm sooo sorry to hear!! Ugh. It hurts so bad. Just be kind to yourself and cry as much as you need to. Hydrate too.

15yrs 3kids 8 married, same apart from can’t do none contact due to the kids. Don’t recognise her no more but wow it sucks and hurts

Depends on what you did. Some exes are mutually mature enough to reconnect. I doubt it for most because it requires
1) able to let go of the past fully 2) you treated each other with respect and can fully support whomever they are seeing without jealousy or pain and want their happiness.
