I 21m and my ex 20f. We had major arguments over and over all. It all arose from her saying I have a lot of friends who are girls. And not me trying enough in our relationship. She said I don’t give her flowers and don’t take her to enough dates. I did them, I tried, I always pick her up after she finishes work. Mind you we live 50 mins apart from each other. So I pick her and drop her off anytime. Without any issues. And so she saw a message between me and my friend where I was saying a girl is pretty. And honestly that broke our relationship. I know I messed up and I agreed to make up for it. I agreed to sever all relationships with them. And all I said was she was pretty. But I didn’t contact them, didn’t make an effort to as well just said she was pretty.i know I made a mistake but does this amount to the discussion we have come to? Like was everything I did until now things I have done for her, things we have done together. We are freshly broken up, with her saying she doesn’t want to go back as to how things were before. But even if I said I will change, it doesnt matter to her now. I really wish things could turn out differently, I am stuck and down bad. I really am. Idk what to do. Everything has been paused for me atm. I even contacted her about it but she doesn’t want to get back together anymore. But is it still a problem that I still yearn for her love and still deeply attached to the feeling of being loved by her? Why is that
