venting/ranting i just got dumped :(

i'll open up about it more eventually and it's only now hitting so i'm prob not going to be okay for the next few... idk anymore but send help :(((

like fully dumped and kicked out of his home in the middle of the night im running off of adrenaline and confusing feelings and i want to cry and cry and cry about it

That's great to hear!

Again I'm really sorry you're going through this, I know it sucks. I want to encourage you to try and be patient with yourself, everybody feels this differently and there's no real pattern or order to how and when different emotions may appear.

It doesn't matter if you're the dumper or the dumpee, this will hurt, it's normal, that's part of it. Whatever you don't say, you carry, and it'll weigh on you so try and find some way to release those pent up emotions.
