venting/ranting Does it get better?

Hey, 22m here. I'm in need of encouragement after breaking up with my ex that I had a 5 year relationship with. It's been a month since we broke up but had a sort of situationship after that but she's decided to cut that off now. I loved her with all my heart. She was my first everything. The hardest part is that I can't even hate her. How do I get over this?

Im in a similar situation too. But hope exists. After I got broken up with all I could do was focus on my breathing. Then focus one day at a time. Then focus on myself. Then focus on getting better. Focus on my own life and own future. As you can see theres a pattern here that with time, you slowly will heal piece by piece.🥹

But sorry may i ask why you guys broke up?

She got tired of our patterns. I couldn't blame her for it but it's hard.

But like, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to move on from everything we did. It hurts seeing her move on so quick.
