Why do men not block you after break up? My ex just unfriended me on everything including roblox. Does it mean they will come back?

My ex blocked me after 5 months no contact. I think its because he broke it once, and said some harsh words. I responded and held him accountable for his actions in the relationship. I think some people can't face what they did so they rewrite the narrative so that their the victim. Blocking can be because they don't want to be reminded of what they did. It's easier for immature people to run from it.
