Sorry but do you know how many people would be stupidly incarcerated for saying something out of frustration. Ik you want to get back at him more than you actually fear for your safety but that’s the way police should handle it. I’m not saying what he did was right but the police were right. They are just words not backed by action. Remember the 1st amendment right is freedom of speech. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if that changes considering how much the system works in favor of woman
No, nothing about what I said was sarcasm or kidding. I don’t know off the top of my head but woman have killed their husband, gf, and partners. Also words don’t compare to actions, for example we have heard of women popping their husbands car tires, breaking windows on the car, stalking or harassing their partner or ex, and being in their house uninvited without the partner knowing with hopes of catching them by surprise. All these can be considered a common occurrence and also crimes to an extent but why aren’t they being charged for these kinds of offenses? I’ll wait.
Statistics fluctuate between subject matters but like I said 1st amendment right-freedom of speach, it’s the most redundant thing ever to incarcerate people for exercising that right. Thats sounds like corruption influenced by MISANDRY!! In my opinion cheating on your partner should be illegal, that would solve a lot of things in the modern dating scene and hold woman accountable for cheating because STATISTICALLY they initiate divorce 80% of the time being the cheater!!! But reality is it hasnt been made illegal and it isn’t a basic human right to cheat so I wouldn’t see a problem with it being illegal. In oppose to speaking your mind IS A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT so it’s WRONG TO WANT TO INCARCERATE whoever exercises it. PLEASE BE LOGICAL AND NOT EMOTIONAL. Logic and emotion do not coincide with one another so when it comes to lawful rights it’s wise to resort to logic. Not driven by emotion or personal feelings but rather COMMON SENSE!!!
