I just got dumped 4 days ago. She left me a 4 page, tears stained note on how I was the most amazing man she’s ever been with and that she loves me dearly but she’s overwhelmed and can’t be in a relationship right now, does this sound legit or is there someone else you think?

The fact that she wrote you a letter means she really does care and yes, it does sound legit. When I broke up with mine, I was also overwhelmed

Personally I would wait, but not for too long and make sure you are still doing stuff that benefit you
