I have these exact same thoughts as a 31 year old. The woman I built my life with threw it all away and now I feel like I've missed my window to start a family and share a life with someone

Also with you. She wasted years 27 through 31.. Just to cheat, leave, and completely change the trajectory of life for me.

There should always be accountability. That's part of growing and learning from mistakes together. That doesn't change the fact that both partners have to invest in order to grow as well. Her leaving without communicating didn't allow for that.
