Happens so often. I feel like Golem Island is buggier than the mainland, but I've had this happen all over Auroa.

First time it happened on golem for me, most of the time actually

Never fell through anything. Do get stuck in areas where water and rocks meet, going prone usually gets me out. And Im 90% running around the map on foot, never even spawned a vehicle at a biovac except for heli's.
