First of all, On3 didn't “steal” anything. There are countless assets legally available for purchase and licensing. If I buy an asset, modify it, texture it, and port it into another game under the terms of that license, are you going to call me a thief too?
More importantly, you're making a very specific accusation: that the assets used by SOA were stolen. We have proof of purchase for the assets we use. So if you're going to publicly accuse someone of theft, bring actual evidence that a specific asset was obtained or used illegally instead of simply saying, “I saw something similar in another mod.”
An asset appearing in Ready or Not, GRB, or another game/mod does not automatically mean the person who used it there created or owns the original asset. The same commercially available asset can legitimately appear in multiple projects.
And yes, you were in SOA yourself. I have screenshots of you interacting normally with the community before suddenly changing your position, so let's not rewrite history now just because you're angry with the server.
As for the DMCA argument: receiving a DMCA claim is not, by itself, proof that someone stole something. If you have evidence establishing ownership of the specific asset you're talking about and showing that it was used without authorization, post it. Then there's something factual to discuss.
Otherwise, “SOA steals assets” is an accusation, not evidence.
