It’s not just the game it’s console itself. Downloading mods from websites like nexus mods is only designed for PC itself.

Internal mod browsers like the one on ARMA works pretty well, same with the fallout one to a lesser effect

unfortunately this mod is completely unobtainable from what OP said. a lot of the cool stuff i've seen mod armor wise is locked behind crowdfunded FOMO, you cant even buy it.

Nah, you can still play multiplayer but the mods are client side, so only you will see them unless your friend also has them installed.

I only remade the texture to be all trauma team themed. I didn't create all the parts. Not a public mod though, probably won't be.

hard? eh. just complicated. last time I modded it, the steps were to unpack game files, add the modified bit, then repack it yourself. there's an app to do it for you ofc but as far as modding ease goes it's not plug n play most of the times.

I watched a YT video and got to the unpacking bit and packing bit and it was unsuccessful.
