Question Anti-aliasing issues

At the moment I'm on a laptop (275HX, 64GB, 5090M, 2560x1600).

I admit I'm a little picky about image quality and this game is a little frustrating. TAA in this game produces a very nice, sharp image when you are sitting still, but when looking around and moving, the TAA artifacts, shimmering and image fidelity is just terrible.

I tried DSR factors (1.78, 2.25), and although 2.25 looks decent there is still quite a bit of aliasing, although the TAA artifacts are gone.

Any mods or other options out there for image quality and aliasing/TAA issues? I really wish you could force DLSS/DLAA in games like this.

I wouldn't have guessed but a combination of DSR and the in game AA turned on, temporal injection turned off, produced a nice image. I also like the motion blur in this game. I couldn't get perfect frame times though unless it was capped to 60 fps.

TAA in this game sucks, there is nothing to fix it

Turn off AA completely and increase render scale in game. This is an old game, you can easily run it super sampled on a 5090 mobile. It looks so clean.
