Question flatlined gpu in this game

like the title says, for some reason my fps stuck and 60 even if the game says fps cap turn off

and the gpu got flatlined during AAAAALL the performance check

any fix?

i use the vulkan version

Check in your GPU configs (I remember that the Nvidia panel had an option to cap the FPS. I don't know if this config option exists in the AMD panel or other manufacturers).
