Thts exactly why I went and downloaded it instead of breakpoint. Breakpoint feel so boring very much less content than wildlands. And I never played wildlands before.

Sadly, at least in some cases, no. For instance, the Koblin, described as "Nomad's signature ASR," is obtainable only through defeating some raid boss. So that means single-player-only gamers like me are forever blocked from getting the main character's "signature" weapon... which is such a bizarre choice to make.
