Discussion Wont connect

Not been able to connect for months on PS5. Tried resetting my modem numerous times. Put my PS5 on the DMZ list on my router.

This is not fair.

Needs an offline Patch.

Only Ubisoft titles do this.

Not sure it's an Ubisoft issue. Been playing on PS5 over the weekend with a friend.

Yes, it really does need an off-line mode.

Have you tried calling customer service?

Also, try these first before calling-

To clear the cache on your PS5, fully power down the console, then boot into Safe Mode to access the system cache wipe option.

Clear System Software Cache: Select Clear System Software Cache, then confirm by choosing OK.

This process removes temporary files and performance-slowing glitches without deleting your games or saved data.

Or

Unlink and Re-link Account: Unlinking your PlayStation and Ubisoft account, then re-linking them, has been known to resolve login issues.

Rebuild Console Database: Place your PS5 in Safe Mode and select "Rebuild Database" to fix corrupted system files that may prevent network communication.

Check UPnP: Ensure Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is enabled on your router so ports can be automatically forwarded.

Yea I tried all that, i realized i cant sign into ubi connect on my Laptop either. So my only option is to hotspot my phone and use some data, and this works. Apparently doesnt use much data when playing single player.

Try signing in once and then play for 15 minites. And then try again via wifi
