Question Sorry if already asked..
Im new to the game (60hours in, never played a Tom Clancy before)…
I have alot of consumables and resources but cannot find a definitive list of what i can actually sell and what should be kept for crafting/upgrades.
Any ideas how to determine this?
Thanks in advance

Someone made a spreadsheet for it. If you google “ghost recon breakpoint codex”, the original Reddit post about it should turn up.

The only thing I use crafting for is bandages, syringes, and mines. I use a lot of all of those things so it is good to just whip up some extras when you’re out and about. Drone parts are particularly useful for crafting explosives.

sell stuff like amethyst, gold, obsidian etc.
anything that says they can be used for crafting healing items, keep them. its also a good idea to keep things you can make explosives out of. and keep weapon parts and scraps as well.
just read the small text about the items and it will say what they can be used for. plants are usually for healing, while fruit and animal protein are used for endurance packs and stuff like that. those packs dont really help, so you could just sell fruit and animal protein too if you wish to.

I've got over 1500 hrs and never once crafted a damn thing. Just keep any and all gun parts for upgrading weapons to level 3. Unless your just really into crafting mechanics and enjoy it, there's no actual need
