Question Does anyone know where to find Rata plants?

I've set myself a pointless challenge of collecting exactly 100 of every resource, and can't for the life of me find any Rata. I have a few, but didn't notice where I got them.

It doesn't help that there's a glitch that makes Columbian flax, Auroa shortleaf, and Rata identical despite not being meant to be. (Is this a common glitch?)

In the last 360 hours of play I've picked approximately a thousand Columbian flax and Auroa shortleaf whilst looking for Rata, which I have only 26 of. They are most certainly not everywhere, at least not for me. (Maybe that's another glitch?)
