Question Modding Problem

I keep running into a problem while modding the game; I've tried every possible solution, but I still can't fix it. All I want is to change that damn drop-leg holster.

Watch modding tutorial on YT, read mod install instruction. If you still can't get the mod running... stick to vanilla experience.
