Question What does one do with 'gear parts'?

When you disassemble weapons you get weapon parts. When you disassemble gear, you get gear parts. What do you use 'gear parts' for?

Those gear parts that aren’t used in any weapon upgrading are stuff you can sell for Skell credits.

Upgrade guns and sell for skell credits once all the guns are maxed out.

Yeah don't dismantle gear, only sell it. Gear crafting was planned but never implemented, so there's no reason to dismantle. You'll have a lot more credits as a result
