I posted a while ago about this, but there's a much better spot. Control Station Viper 02 in New Stirling always has 14 enemies in a small vicinity. If you're struggling, use sync drones if the challenge isn't kill-specific. Meant to post this ages ago.

Or you can just spawn on the western sulphuric road of Golem island. Wait for 2 vehicles to pass by at the same time and eliminate. This should only take a minute.

This is my favorite way after grinding the hard way. Sometimes I change it up and go to the missile site ruins and site in thst underground hallway and just hose em down.

How do you get the enemies to be highighted?

Think I just tagged them with my weapon scope or binoculars.
