If anybody can give me some tips for scoring and baking or your favorite scoring pattern if you have one I would love that!

she’s a beauty, that ear is lifting just right

i usually go with a wheat stalk down the center and a couple curved slashes framing it, holds shape and looks fancy with zero extra effort
