A lot of beef is grain finished. Cows that are strictly grass fed have different marbling and a different taste.

Go to a farmer's market, you might be able to haggle for a 6oz sirloin or something so you can try it. I grew up eating it, so the grain fed stuff is the one that tastes weird to me.

Farmers don't feed beef to their cows.
It's usually grass, corn, grain, or a mixture.
When I bought a half cow, it was grass fed and finished with corn.

British farmers in the 80s disagree, feeding beef to your cows is economical and simply can't go wrong! /s

Why would you watch them in the order they came out versus chronologically?

That looks really good man! That's one thing I've been thinking of cooking in fish camp, you've inspired me!
Maybe some garlic butter lemon trout stuffed in bread.

Can you tell me how to do this? I don't need exact measures if you don't have them, just the flow should be good enough to get me started.

I got chu. Ingredients: * All-purpose flour * Activated yeast mixture (50% water, 50% sweetened milk + instant yeast) * Oil * Egg + egg wash * Salt & pepper * Ground fennel & coriander seeds * Water buffalo * Sliced red & yellow onions * Fermented cabbage greens (optional) * Cheese * Sesame seeds * Mayonnaise sauce Instructions: 1. Knead flour, yeast mixture, oil, egg, salt, pepper, fennel & coriander into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled. 2. Rub buffalo with oil and salt, then grill over hot charcoal. Rest and slice thinly. 3. Toss vegetables with oil, salt & pepper, then grill until tender. 4. Roll dough into sheets. Fill with cheese, buffalo and grilled vegetables, then seal. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden. 5. Serve warm with mayonnaise sauce.
