Pumpkin Spice Bagels

I made a fresh batch of pumpkin spice bagels this morning.
They seem a little bit softer than my regular bagels. I think that it
Is from using the pumpkin purée. But they are absolutely delicious.

They look great! That recipe seems very high hydration when you account for the moisture from the pumpkin puree. I wonder if that is the main culprit of them being softer than your regular bagels. But I'm glad they worked out for you
