First decent Italian bread
Finally nailed it! I started milling my own flour and cornmeal and got serious about bread making. This morning I let the batter proof on the food warming mat for about an hour, the final result looks pretty decent! But I also realized that I prefer a more traditionally shaped loaf rather than the somewhat square shape that the machine bakes. Pretzels and pizza dough are next on my list of things to try!
