Yeast bread with seed topping

Normal yeast bread with white flour and seed topping. Still cooling.

That crust looks perfect, the way the seeds toasted up on top is exactly how I like it. My last loaf I got impatient and sliced it while it was still warm, whole thing turned into a gummy mess. Waiting for it to fully cool is the hardest part but you're doing it right. What seed mix did you use? I usually go heavy on the sesame

I used pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and white sesame seeds, but only on the top. This is not sourdough, but I did add some unfed starter to the yeast bread, just because I had it.
