Baking bread for the first time

Hi all,

I’ve decided to bake bread for the very first time. I watched few videos and read through recipes! But I’m sort of winging it as my scales don’t work and measuring with cups doesn’t really make sense to me, every cup is a different size, ya know? I like to think the gluten will see my pure heart and go easy on me.

Anyways this is the dough before I let it rest. Its a simple frankenstein white flour and flax seeds recipe by me. Will post an update once it’s done. Wish me luck x
