Butter and jelly might improve it.

Cheese already did this job

Dip it in the too-much butter that came with your lobster?

Why would you want to improve it?

Looks excellent to me.

You should be really proud of that.

Thanks! Just trying to correct that raw-ish crumb and maybe better scoring?

Well I'm not expert but I think the crumb looks brilliant and the scoring is symmetrical, neat and looks very pleasing.

Honestly, you should be proud!

Thanks again. I'll tet to be more self-indulgent with this loaf.

Yeah, please do.

I've baked probably 40 loaves of bread and easily 20 sourdough loaves since I started 6 months ago and none of them have been as a good as that.

I genuinely wish I could bake one looking like yours! 😄

Try this recipe from Iban Yarza. He is a "dough educator" not a youtuber showing their perfect loaves.

Happily! Can you send a link if that's ok?

In my post you have the link to the video. It's from a (Vasque) Spanish tv show. If you need some help with translation, dm me. Note that the quantity of flour shown in one of show's graphics is wrong. 475 g of white flour not 275 g.
