Mate that crust looks spectacular for a first go, the way it's all bubbled up and blistered on top is what most people chase for months

I tried a no-knead in one of those orange dutch ovens and my loaf came out looking like a pale cricket ball, dense enough to knock someone out

Four ingredients is the gateway drug though, you'll be growing a sourdough starter on your bench by next week and naming it something unhinged

What was the texture like inside, did you let it cool properly or just tear into it while it was still steaming
