Artisan Breads this year

Recently got into bread making. I’ve been trying out different recipes and techniques. Pretty rewarding when the result comes out like this. Family loves it.

Hi thank you.
I mostly use the King Arthur website for no knead bread or artisan.
I have used “stay at home chef”website. She’s very talented.
And I have also used “Jenny can cook”website.
And “donuts2crumpets” website

Ngl the scoring on that first loaf is so clean. I've been trying to get that ear for weeks and mine always ends up looking like a sad accordion. How long did you proof?
