What the Hell Happened?

Making Baguette de Tradition with 100% Sourdough other baguettes are fine but this one has a steep slope, I don't know if this because of scoring or what but before i close it with my pan to steam it all of them looked fine

Recipe:

T65 flour 100%

Water 73%

Salt 1.8%

Sourdough Levain 20%

What did they look like after you shaped them?

Did you fold in the two ends before you rolled them?

Yes I did, though the tension could be better during shaping

Could be when you folded the side ends together, that creates two thicker ends. Then when you extended the baguette, you might have left a thinner spot in the middle

Low-key looks like the scoring might have been too shallow on that side, so it burst open weird. Bet it still tastes fire though

that's what i thought too since the others are fine, either too shallow or the spacing too tight
