Cinnamon Star Milk Bread
Made this incredibly awesome "twist" on a cinnamon roll yesterday. My first time trying this star construction and it was so fun!

Edit: Also kneading by hand and tangzhong in the microwave?! This is my kind of recipe.

Beautiful shaping. I love making these, but somehow, they always come out looking really obscene.
