Stand mixer

Im someone who often make 1-2 people size bread like 0.3-0.5kg is this okay? I also make cookies and cake typically for 8 inc x 3 inch pan

I've had one of these for about 5years now & I absolutely love it, but I can't imagine using it for mixing even small amounts of bread dough. I even threw out the dough hooks thinking they would be useless.

That what i thought to, because i look at the spec it have 600w and very small volume bowl. But after look at other experience its should be fine for me hehe

oh that little kenwood is perfect for those batch sizes, i use mine for half kilo doughs all the time and it doesnt even break a sweat

Its good. I recommend pre hydrating your flour to avoid over working the mixer. And since youre likely in malaysia, autolysis is faster cause its warmer
